Monthly management includes the messaging volume a typical reactivation campaign needs: up to 2,500 text message segments and 10,000 emails per month. Usage above that, along with carrier registration fees and dedicated phone numbers, is billed at cost with no markup and itemized in your monthly report.

The standard engagement covers databases of up to 10,000 contacts. Larger databases are welcome and are scoped during your assessment. Outreach is released in paced waves to protect deliverability and your sender reputation.

Contacts who have inquired, requested a quote or estimate, or done business with you, and who have not opted out. Before launch, we screen out opt-outs, invalid numbers and do-not-contact records, and every message includes a clear way to opt out. Purchased or scraped lists are never used.
