Built by Someone Who Has Been in the Trenches

AI Business Pros wasn’t created by a software developer experimenting with automation.

It was built by a business owner who experienced firsthand what happens when systems break under pressure.

AI Business Pros started the same way many great business ideas do: with a painful problem.

Before founding the company, I ran a logistics and transportation business that handled RV transport, festival setups, and convention equipment across the country. We were spending heavily on advertising and generating strong leads, but we were losing opportunities because our systems were a mess. Calls went unanswered. Emails waited too long for replies.

Follow-ups slipped through the cracks. The problem wasn’t demand. The problem was execution.

Like many business owners, we were using too many tools that didn’t work well together. Leads were coming in faster than our systems could manage them, and the result was simple: thousands of dollars in missed opportunities every month.

So I started building a better system.

When AI tools became practical enough to support real business operations, I began designing automation systems to handle lead response, follow-up, scheduling, and communication more efficiently. The first client I helped was my own company. Within weeks, we recovered lost opportunities and increased monthly revenue by more than $10,000 simply by fixing response time and follow-up. After that, I helped a few other businesses close to me — a heating and air company, a contractor, and a medical spa — all dealing with the same problems.

The results were consistent.

Faster response.
Better follow-up.
More booked opportunities.
Less operational chaos.

That’s when AI Business Pros was born.

Today our mission is simple: help businesses respond faster, operate smarter, and stop losing revenue to broken systems.

Because most companies don’t have a lead problem.

They have a systems problem.

Meet the Co-Founder

My career has always been built around business operations, growth, and identifying inefficiencies.

Over the years I have owned and operated businesses across several industries, including logistics, private equity ventures, mortgage operations, automotive import/export, hospitality, and service-based businesses. Each experience taught me something different about how companies grow — and more importantly, where they struggle.

One pattern kept showing up again and again.

Businesses weren’t failing because of a lack of opportunity. They were failing because of broken systems.

In industries like mortgage, insurance, and service businesses, success often depends on how quickly you respond to leads and how consistently you follow up. When pipelines grow, it becomes extremely difficult for teams to manage every opportunity manually.

The larger the pipeline gets, the easier it becomes for revenue to fall through the cracks.

That lesson became painfully clear when I launched a logistics and transportation company managing RV transport, festival equipment, and convention setups. We were investing heavily in marketing and generating demand, but our systems simply couldn’t keep up.

Leads were coming in faster than we could respond.

Calls went unanswered during busy periods.
Emails sat too long before being returned.
Follow-ups were inconsistent.

The result was frustrating: we were leaving significant revenue on the table every month.

That experience forced me to rethink how businesses manage communication and follow-up.

When AI technology began reaching a level where it could be used practically in business environments, I started building systems designed to solve the exact problems I had faced.

The first systems I built were for my own company.

By automating lead response, follow-up, and communication workflows, we were able to recover missed opportunities and increase revenue by more than $10,000 per month almost immediately.

Once the system proved itself, I began implementing similar automation for businesses close to me — including a heating and air company, a contracting business, and a medical spa that was struggling with missed calls and inconsistent front desk coverage.

Each time we deployed the system, the outcome was the same: smoother operations, faster response times, and stronger lead conversion.

Those early successes became the foundation for AI Business Pros.

Our philosophy is simple.

AI should support people, not replace them.
Automation should reduce chaos, not create complexity.
And business owners shouldn’t have to become technology experts just to run efficient companies.

Most business owners don’t want software.
They want solutions.

That’s exactly what we build.

Today AI Business Pros focuses on helping agency owners, service businesses, and growing companies implement intelligent automation systems that improve response time, streamline operations, and eliminate the inefficiencies that quietly drain revenue.

Our goal isn’t just to install tools.

It’s to build systems that help businesses operate smarter, scale more efficiently, and give owners back something they rarely get enough of — time.

Most companies don’t need more leads. They need better systems to capture the ones they already have.

We build AI infrastructure that reduces labor costs, accelerates growth, and gives businesses a measurable competitive edge. Smarter systems. Faster execution. Real results.
